Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crawford Equestrian Jewellery. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed on the same business day they are received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day. Our in-house processing schedule is as follows:
- Orders placed Monday to Wednesday: Processed on the same day and shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Processed on the same day and shipped on the following Monday. This is a security measure so Jewellery isn't sitting in shipping depots over weekends. This doesn't include DHL couriers.

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your valuable jewellery, all our orders are dispatched using a fully tracked courier service. As fine jewellery is often a restricted item for standard postal services, using a dedicated courier is essential. This provides you with peace of mind, full tracking from our workshop to your door, and ensures your new piece is handled with the utmost care.
Landed Cost Guarantee (US & Australia)
We believe the excitement of purchasing fine jewellery should never be dampened by logistics or hidden costs. For our clients in the United States and Australia, we provide a true "White-Glove Landed Cost" service. The price you see is the final price you pay—we cover 100% of all Import Duties, Customs Tariffs, and Taxes on your behalf.
Shipping Rates & Inclusions by Region:
- New Zealand: We offer FREE Insured Overnight Shipping nationwide. All prices are inclusive of GST and shipping.
- Australia: We offer FREE Priority Insured Shipping. We cover all Australian GST and Import Duties. Your order includes a pre-paid return shipping bag for a stress-free experience should our beautiful jewellery not meet your expectations.
- United States: We offer FREE Priority Insured Shipping. We cover all US Import Duties and Tariffs. Your order includes a pre-paid return shipping bag for a stress-free experience should our beautiful jewellery not meet your expectations.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays). All orders are shipped from our workshop in North Canterbury, New Zealand.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
United States & Australia: Crawford Equestrian Jewellery covers all customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
New Zealand: GST is included in the purchase price.
Rest of World: For countries not listed above, please contact us for a shipping quote. Customers in other regions may be responsible for local customs and taxes.
Insurance & Damages
Your peace of mind is our priority. Unlike standard postal services, Crawford Equestrian Jewellery fully insures every shipment while it is in transit. We assume full responsibility for the safety of your jewellery until the package is signed for at your delivery address.
